You need to create a FAQ Page and be on the FAQ Page in the customizer to perform FAQ Page Settings.
Note: When you create an FAQ page, Please select the FAQ Page template in the page attributes to get predefined FAQ template.
Please follow the below steps to create a FAQ Page.
- Go to Pages> Add New
- Enter the Page Title and select the Template as FAQ Page
- Click on Publish
How to Configure FAQ Template?
Please follow the below steps to configure FAQ Template.
- Go to Appearance> Customize> FAQ Page Settings> FAQ Template
- Click on Add a Widget and Select Text Widget
- Enter the Title and Description
- Click on Done
- Again, Click on Add a Widget
- Select Rara: FAQ Widget
- Checkbox Enable FAQs Toggle
- Enter Question and Answer
- Click on Add FAQs to add more FAQs.
- Click on Done
- Click on Publish
