Please follow the below steps to configure Post Page Settings
- Go to Appearance> Customize> Post Page Settings
- Choose to Show or Hide Author Bio.
- Choose to Show or hide featured Image in posts.
- Choose to Show or Hide Comments.
- Enable to Highlight Author Comments.
- Enable Show Related Post to show related posts at the end of a post.
- Enter Related Post label
- Select the related post taxonomy. You can choose if you want to use category or tags to display similar posts.
- Click Publish.
