Please follow the below steps to configure Post Page Settings

• Go to Appearance> Customize > Post Page Settings
• Choose to Show or Hide Prefix in Archive Page.
• Choose to Show or Hide Author Bio.
• Choose to Show or hide featured Image in posts.
• Choose to Show or Hide Comments.
• Enable to Highlight Author Comments (Blue is enabled).
• Enable to Highlight Author Comments.
• Enable to Show Related Post.
• Enter Related Post Label.
• Choose Categories/Tags to display related post based on Single Post.
• Click Publish.
