You can add search form, phone number and phone label from this settings panel.

• Go to Appearance > Customize > Logo & Header Settings > Misc Settings
• Enable/Disable Sticky Header. Blue is enabled. If you enable sticky header, your main menu will be available even when you scroll down through a page.
• Enable/Disable search form
• Enter your Phone Number and Phone Label if you have selected 1st header layout. If you have selected different header layout, also add an email address and opening time.
• Click on Publish.
