Please follow the below steps to configure Post Page Settings
- Go to Appearance> Customize> Post Page Settings
- Enable Author Bio to show Author Bio in Single post
- Enable Featured Image to show featured image in single post/page.
- Choose to Show or hide Comments.
- Enable to Highlight Author Comment.
- Click Publish.
