You can change the display style of your post pages here.

• Go to Appearance> Customize> Post Page Settings
• Choose to Show or hide featured Image.
• Choose to Show or hide Related Posts
• Choose to Show or Hide Author Bio.
• Choose to Show or hide Comments.
• Enable to Highlight Author Comment.
• Enable Hide Prefix in Archive Page to hide prefix.
• Choose Widgets you want to place before and after a post
• Click Publish.
