Please follow the below steps to configure Promotional Section
- Go to Appearance> Customize> Frontpage Settings> Promotional Section
- Enter Title, Description for the section
- Enter Button labels and links. You must enter a link to display the button.
- Click on Select Image and upload the background image.
- Click on Publish
