Please follow the below steps to configure Features Section

• Go to Appearance > Customize > Front Page Settings > Features Section 
• Enter Section Title, and Section Description
• Click on Add new features to add features. You can add a maximum of 3 Features.
  • Enter Features Title, Feature Content, and Feature Image.
• Click on Select Image to upload Features Section Image.
• Click on Publish
