Internet Explorer has lots of issues because they have not implemented much newer technology related to HTML5 and CSS3. These are already implemented by other browsers like Chrome and Firefox. In fact, Microsoft has already abandon older version of Internet Explorer and moved to Microsoft Edge. Since they don’t support the latest technologies, there are limited things that we can do.
