To reorder the taxonomy Activities, Destination, and Trip Types, you can install and activate the Category Order and Taxonomy Terms Order.

After installing and activating the plugin, you can reorder the Destination via Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Trips > Taxonomy Order. Drag and drop to order the Destination.
