You can hide or show related posts from the single post page here. The posts from the same category will be displayed as related posts.

• Go to Appearance> Customize> General Settings> Post Page Settings
• Enable Show Author Bio to show Author Bio in Single Post.
• Enable Show Featured Image to show featured image in Single Post/ Page.
• Enable Blog Post Image Crop to avoid automatic cropping of the featured image. (Blue is enabled)
• Enable Comments to show comments in Single Post/ Page.
• Enable Highlight Author Comments to highlight author comments. (Blue is enabled)
• Enable Related Posts to show related posts on the posting page.
• Enter the title label for Related Post Title
• Select the option for the Related Post Taxonomy.
• Click on Publish
