You can add search form, phone number and phone label using this settings panel.

Please follow the below steps to configure Misc Settings

• Go to Appearance > Customize > Logo & Header Settings > Misc Settings
• Enter your Working Hour, Email, Phone Number and Phone Label
• Enable/Disable Search Form
• Click on Publish
