Go to Appearance > Customize > Contact Page Settings > Contact Form Settings.
- Enter the title of the section in the Title field
- Enter the content in the Content field
- Enter email in the Contact Us Email Label
- Enter the form title in the Contact Form Title field
- Enter the Shortcode in the Contact Form field
- Click on Publish.
