Go to Appearance > Customize > Front Page Settings > Features Section

• Enter the Section Title
• Enter the Section Description
• Enter the label of the button in the Button Label field
• Enter the URL of the button in the Button URL field
• Click on Add new Features to add a feature
  • Enter the Title and Content and select the icon from the Choose Icon option
• Click on Publish.
