Please follow the below steps to configure SEO Settings

• Go to Appearance > Customize >General Settings>SEO Settings 
• Enable Last Update Post Date to show last updated post date on a listing as well as in a single post.
• Enable Breadcrumb to show breadcrumb on inner pages.
• Enter Breadcrumb Home Text. 
• Enter Breadcrumb Separator.
• Click Publish.
