Please follow the given outlines to configure top section:

• Go to Appearance> Customize> Homepage Settings>Top Section
• Enable Top Section to display the top section on the homepage.
• Enter Button Label for Latest posts and Popular Posts.
• Choose the layout for the top section
• Choose Post Excerpt Character length.
• Click Publish.
