Please follow the below video tutorial or below steps to configure social media links in your website

• Go to Appearance> Customize> Social Settings
• Enable Social Links in Header to show it in the header
• Enable Social Links in Footer  to show it in the footer
• Add Social Links by clicking Add new Link. 
• Choose the social media icons to display in the Contact Section.
• Click Publish.
