Please follow the given steps to configure the Promotional section:
- Go to Appearance > Customize > Home Page Settings > Promotional Section
- Check Enable Promotional Section
- Enter Promotional Section Title, Button text and Button URL.
- Upload Background Image.
- Click Publish.
