Please follow the below steps to configure site logo of your site.
- Go to Appearance> Customizing> Default Setting> Site Identity
- Click Select logo to upload your website logo
- Enter Site Title and Tagline
- Check the box to display title and tagline
- Click on Select icon to upload your site icon
- Click on Publish
