Please follow the below steps to configure the contact form section on the homepage of your website.

• Go to Appearance> Customize>Homepage Settings>Contact Form Section
• Check Enable Contact Form Section for it appear on your homepage.
• Select a page for the Portfolio Section
  • The title of the selected page will be displayed as the section title
  • The content of the selected page will be displayed as the section description.

Note: For Options relating to contact form for Install and activate Contact Form 7  

• Enter the Shortcode for your contact form.
• Click on Publish.
