Please follow the given steps to configure the Featured Section:

• Go to Appearance> Customize> Home Page Settings>Featured Section
• Check Enable Featured Section to display featured section in the homepage.
• Select the desired featured post layout from the Featured Post Layout drop-down menu.
• Choose the featured post to be displayed in the Select Featured Post One, Two, Three, and Four. 
• Click Publish.
