Please follow the below steps to configure Featured Post Section

• Go to Appearance> Customize>Home Page Settings> Featured Post Section 
• Enable Featured Post Section for it to be visible on the Homepage.
• Choose a category for the section. ( The featured image and the post title of the posts in the selected category will appear in this section)
• Click Save & Publish.
